What we provide

Conscious Namaz is a membership platform for Muslims who want to relearn Islam and pray awake. What you get depends on what you enrol in.

  • Miracles of Tahajjud — a ten-session program you can attend live on Google Meet with a fixed-date intake, take as recordings at your own pace, or both.
  • Meditations and therapies — guided spiritual-wellbeing practices, available on a monthly or yearly membership.
  • One-to-one sessions with a guide, booked separately.
  • Noor, a companion inside the app that answers from our own approved teachings.
  • Occasional in-person retreats, which are applied for and enrolled in separately.

Your account, and who may open one

You need an account to take part. You are responsible for what happens under it, so keep your sign-in link and your device to yourself.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or to buy anything from us. If you are younger than that, please ask a parent or guardian to enrol on your behalf and to take part with you.

Everything you tell us at sign-up should be true and current. If your email or phone number changes, update it — that is how access, reminders and receipts reach you.

What these practices are

Our therapies and meditations are spiritual-wellbeing practices. They support emotional balance and inner peace, and are not a diagnosis of, treatment for, or substitute for professional care for any medical or mental-health condition. If you are struggling, please also reach out to a qualified professional — and we will walk the spiritual path beside you.

Nothing on this platform is a religious ruling. We teach a practice; we do not issue verdicts on what is required or forbidden, and we do not take sectarian positions. For a ruling, please ask a qualified scholar you trust.

Prices, currency and payment

Prices are shown on the membership page before you pay, in the currency that applies to you: Indian rupees through Razorpay if you are in India, and US dollars through Stripe elsewhere. The currency is decided by our server, not by the page, so what you are shown is what you are charged.

We never see or store your card details. Those go directly to the payment provider on their own hosted page.

If a price is displayed that is obviously wrong, we may decline the order and refund you in full rather than hold you to it.

Memberships renew until you stop them

The monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically at the end of each period, and the payment provider will notify you before it charges you. A one-time program such as Miracles of Tahajjud does not renew.

You can stop a renewal at any time by writing to us at consciousnamaz@gmail.com, or from your payment provider directly. Stopping a renewal ends future charges; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep your access until that period runs out.

Your access

Paying opens your access on the same day. A one-time program gives you an access window that starts at purchase; a membership gives you access for as long as it is paid up. Where a purchase also seats you in a live cohort, that seat is part of the same entitlement.

We may add, change or retire individual sessions and recordings as the teaching develops. If we withdraw something substantial that you paid for and cannot offer a fair equivalent, tell us and we will make it right.

Cancelling, and getting your money back

Our refund and cancellation terms are set out in full in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Using the platform fairly

A few things we ask you not to do, because they harm other people who are here in good faith.

  • Do not share your account, your sign-in link, or the recordings with anyone else.
  • Do not record, download, re-upload or resell our sessions, audio or written material.
  • Do not use the platform to harass anyone, to preach sectarian division, or to sell anything.
  • Do not try to break, scrape or work around the app, the media protection, or anyone else account.

What belongs to whom

The teachings, recordings, written material, artwork and software are ours, or are used by us with permission. Enrolling buys you personal access to them; it does not transfer ownership and it does not let you republish them.

What you write — your reflections, check-ins and messages — stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Noor, and messages that are answered automatically

Noor is a software companion. It answers only from our own approved teachings, it says so when it does not know, and those questions are passed to Ahmed Mohammed Khan. It does not give religious rulings, and it does not give medical or mental-health advice.

Some replies to in-app messages are drafted and sent automatically. When that happens the app labels the message as coming from Noor rather than from a person, because attributing machine words to a named human would not be true. Anything that is not clearly routine is finished by a person before it reaches you.

To answer you, your question and recent conversation are sent to the language-model providers listed in the Privacy Policy.

Live sessions

Live sessions run on Google Meet. Some are recorded so that people who could not attend can watch afterwards, and so that the cohort has a record of the teaching. Where a session is being recorded you will be told at the start, and the platform shows its own recording indicator.

If you would rather not appear in a recording, keep your camera and microphone off — you can still take part through the chat.

Our responsibility, and its limits

We take real care with this work, and we will fix what we get wrong. What we cannot promise is a particular outcome: what you receive from a spiritual practice depends on you, and on Allah.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything connected with the platform is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If something goes wrong

Please write to us first — most things are resolved in a single message. Our grievance officer is named on the Contact page, along with how quickly you can expect a reply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. The version and the date at the top of this page tell you which version you are reading. If a change materially affects what you have already paid for, we will tell you directly rather than rely on you noticing.
