Questions

The things people ask before they join. If yours is not here, write to us and a person will answer.

What is Conscious Namaz?

Conscious Namaz is a platform where Muslims relearn Islam and learn to pray awake. It offers guided spiritual-wellbeing practices — therapies and meditations — alongside a ten-session teaching course you can take live or at your own pace, a free weekly session, and one-to-one guidance, all designed to bring presence into your Namaz and peace into your life.

What is the Miracles of Tahajjud (MOT) program?

MOT is our flagship ten-session journey, and it runs two ways. You can sit with the circle live as each session is held, or take the recordings entirely at your own pace — and you are welcome to do both, joining the sessions you can and watching back the ones you miss. Either way you complete guided therapies and Islamic meditations prescribed for you and kept track of as you go; ask questions any time and have them answered in the app; and close with a conscious dua practice — learning to bring the halaal you long for to Allah with full presence, steadied by a guided zikr meditation. The ebook and audiobook are included. Begin the day you enrol.

Who is CNAI?

CNAI is the Conscious Namaz companion — an AI grounded only in our own teachings. It guides you through the course, prescribes practices, keeps a record of what you have completed, keeps you motivated, and answers your questions. Where it does not know, it passes your question to Ahmed Mohammed Khan. Allah knows best.

What is the conscious dua practice?

After the sessions and practices, CNAI helps you understand the halaal you wish to bring to Allah in conscious dua — present in heart, mind, and tongue, in one direction. You learn the quality of the asking, steadied by a guided zikr meditation, so you can pray with full presence.

Is this only for Muslims?

No. Conscious Namaz is open to everyone, regardless of background or faith. The practice of conscious prayer welcomes anyone drawn to presence and stillness.

Can I speak one to one with a guide?

Yes. Our panel of Islamic therapists and Namaz coaches offers private sessions for personal guidance, separate from the ten-session course. You can request a session through the app.

Where can I get the book and the Janemaaz?

The Conscious Namaz book is on Amazon and here; the Janemaaz prayer mat can be enquired about through the platform. Both are companions to a more grounded, present practice.

Which languages are available?

You choose your language when you join. Sessions — live and recorded — are currently delivered in English, with more languages on the way; requests are welcome by email.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

If the course isn’t right for you, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you haven’t completed the program; refunds are processed within 7 working days. Private one-to-one sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours beforehand for a full refund. Memberships and the retreat are covered in the full refund policy.

Is this a substitute for professional care?

Our therapies and meditations are spiritual-wellbeing practices. They support emotional balance and inner peace, and are not a diagnosis of, treatment for, or substitute for professional care for any medical or mental-health condition. If you are struggling, please also reach out to a qualified professional — and we will walk the spiritual path beside you.
