About our practices
Last updated 2026-09-16 · Version v1
Plainly, so there is no room for a misunderstanding about what this is.
What these practices are
Our therapies and meditations are spiritual-wellbeing practices. They support emotional balance and inner peace, and are not a diagnosis of, treatment for, or substitute for professional care for any medical or mental-health condition. If you are struggling, please also reach out to a qualified professional — and we will walk the spiritual path beside you.
We do not give religious rulings
Conscious Namaz teaches a practice. We do not issue verdicts on what is obligatory or forbidden, we do not take sectarian positions, and Noor is built to decline those questions rather than to attempt them. If you want a ruling, please ask a qualified scholar you trust.
Qur’anic material on this platform is drawn from approved sources and is looked up rather than written, so what you read is the text and not a paraphrase of it.
What we do not claim
We make no promises about outcomes. What a person receives from a spiritual practice depends on them, and on Allah. We do not diagnose anything, we do not prescribe anything, and nothing here is presented as clinically or scientifically established.
If you are struggling
Please reach out to a qualified professional as well as to us. If you are in immediate danger, or thinking of harming yourself, contact your local emergency services now. In India, Tele-MANAS is available free on 14416, at any hour, in many languages.
You can also write to us at consciousnamaz@gmail.com, and a person will read it.
