Refund and Cancellation Policy

In short

You have 7 days from purchase to change your mind about a program you have not completed. Live sessions booked with a person can be moved or cancelled up to 24 hours beforehand. Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days, to the method you paid with.

The ten-session program

If Miracles of Tahajjud is not right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will return what you paid, provided you have not already completed the program.

After that window, or once the program is complete, the purchase is not refundable — you have had the thing you bought.

The monthly and yearly membership

You can stop a membership renewing at any time. Stopping it prevents the next charge; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not claw back part of a month or a year you have been using.

If a renewal charges you when you had already asked us to stop it, that is our mistake and we refund it in full.

A yearly membership can be refunded within 7 days of the charge if you have made no substantial use of it in that time.

One-to-one sessions

Cancel or move a one-to-one session up to 24 hours before it starts and you get a full refund or a new time, whichever you prefer.

Less than 24 hours beforehand, we offer a free reschedule rather than a refund, because the time was held for you and cannot be given to anyone else at that notice.

If we have to cancel or move a session, you always get the choice of a new time or your money back.

The retreat

A retreat is booked, staffed and catered ahead of time, so its withdrawal terms are set per retreat and are shown on that retreat own page and in the form you agree to when you apply. Those terms are the ones that apply to your place.

If we cancel a retreat, you get everything you paid for it back in full.

How to ask

Write to consciousnamaz@gmail.com from the email address on your account. Tell us what you bought and when, and one line about why — you do not owe us a justification, but it helps us fix what is not working.

We acknowledge every request within 48 hours.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back through the provider you paid with, to the same card or account. We do not pay refunds in cash, in credit, or to a different person.

We pay the refund within 7 working days of approving it. How long it then takes to appear on your statement is up to your bank, and is usually a few days more.

What a refund does to your access

A full refund ends the access it paid for, including any cohort place that came with it. A partial or goodwill refund leaves your access as it is.

A place you were given rather than sold — a scholarship or a guest seat — is not affected by a refund.
